According to Federal Express  (tracking # [redacted]) the  Borghese order # [redacted] for [redacted] is scheduled for delivery today January [redacted].Additionally Borghese order # [redacted] also for [redacted] was an older order and delivered by UPS (tracking # [redacted])...

The only problem with that is the card I ordered the product from is no longer in use, as I have a new debit card...

The item in question was oversold at the time of purchase, as we were having a special promotion. We were able to locate more stock and send out to consumer separately. Entire issue has been resolved with consumer.

Review: I placed an order on December **, 2015 through borghese.com. My order has still not arrived. Borghese will also not respond to my inquiries through their website and via phone. When calling their customer service number, the line goes directly to voicemail. No one has responded to my voicemails.Desired Settlement: I demand that my order be overnighted to me immediately including a free gift for this unacceptably long wait.

Review: I bought "Forever Fango" from Borghese websites on 11/**/2015 and they charged the money from my credit card same day. However, they did not ship my order. I tried to email and call them until today. Unfortunately, they did not reply me any email or answer my phone call. It's look like Borghese abscond with the money.Desired Settlement: I hope that Borghese can contact me and ship my order ASAP. Thank you!

Review: I placed an order online to Borghese on Aug **,2015. It is Sept. ** today and still have not received item. When I call Customer service, there is recording. I contacted them by email and got a response on Sept 1* citing distribution problems and stated that the product would be going out that week. That was 2 weeks ago and still nothing...Desired Settlement: At this point I would either like to get a refund for full amount. I am over the whole thing...
