For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Unfortunately, Mr*** continues to misrepresent the factsThe drawers were removed and carried upstairsI saw that with my own eyesI do not need to have been present for the entire move that to know that the drawers were full and carried upstairs when I was home and that they were empty when I came homeMy credit cards, valuable coins and personal property are now missingI filed a fraud alert with the Credit Agencies (attached) and am in the process of cancelling several credit cards.Two independent third parties have verified that the drawer slides were damaged or bent on three drawers due to their inability to properly remove and reinstall the drawersIn addition, there are multiple scratches on the desk as a result of the moveOn April 13th, Mr*** states that "the entire unit is in the same condition as before we dissembled downstairs and reassembled upstairs"This is contradicted by Mr***'s letter dated 4/4/where he states "Really sadden with the nicks," (attached) and refers me and my wife to the Mahogany Shop for repairsHe also states that "we should have have had three of us" which certainly may have reduced the nicks and scratches.Regards,

We do not understand where this claim is originating! Mr*** *** was not present for most of the project! he could have not observed the latter part of the job, because the unit's Deskreturn was the very last item relocated to the upstairs room! I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Sadly, Mr. [redacted] has chosen to misrepresent the facts and tell mistruths about what happened. I am truly saddened as Mr. [redacted] seems like a nice man and I am disappointed that he would choose to represent that there was "nothing in the named drawer mentioned" I was present at the beginning of the move and welcomed him and his assistant into my home. I was present for the first hour of the move and observed his assistant remove the two drawers in question and stack them on each other. The drawers were full to top with contents. I then observed his assistant take the drawers up the stairs during which my expired drivers license fell out of one of the drawers. I held on to it to put back in later. They continued to move the office furniture up the stairs and begin re-assembly when I left. Later that day when I came home, the two drawers were completely empty!! Note that none of the other drawers were empty. It was a shock to see the two drawers completely empty!

There is not way any contents could have been removed by moving from one roomto another upstairs on the same property! he has accused myself and my trusted employee of stealing values from those drawers!  I have personally gone to their home and found no evidence of hisof  his complaints. The entire unit is in the same condition as before we dissembled downstairs and reassembled upstairs.  Mr. [redacted] left the home shortly after we begin, therefore how can hestate he watched our employee carry two drawers upstairs and drop his expired drivers license from one of the drawers.  We are seriously sadden that he has chosen pursuit this course! There is noway possible for the contents of two drawers containing very valued items to be missing, as he stated "Stolen"?
