To whom it may concern:The consumer did provide his credit information to Mr [redacted] However, Mr [redacted] in his capacity of a sales representative, does not have access to the consumer’s credit information Once the consumer indicated his desire to purchase the vehicle the credit information was reviewed by our finance department It was determined at this time that the consumers Experian FICO score did not meet the minimum requirement for the desired down lease option The minimum score for this program is “610” At this point alternative financing options were suggested Borman Motor Company does not have the capacity to alter the purchase policy of any of its lenders.Regards, [redacted] [redacted]

requested a refunded of the brake work from the August 11, 2014, repair orderThis was an authorized repair based on a road test and a visual inspection of the braking systemThe customer was shown the debris in the brakes and the needed repairsThe client was given a quote and authorized the repairsDuring the visit, a warranty repair was performed on the driver's seat.
In reference to the second repair order dated August 28, 2014, the customer is requesting a refund for the tire, freight charge, payment for inconvenience and compensation for the lack of a rental vehicleThe tire had a nail in it that caused it to be un-repairableWe are not capable of determining when or where this occurredThere is no scope of work done on our property that would utilize nailsWe sold the tire at our costThe freight charge was for the tire but was mistakenly inserted in the warranty repair sectionThe $charge will be refunded since our clerical error has led to this confusionRental vehicles are not included in the factory warranty from Honda during a warranty repairWe do have rental vehicles available at the customer's expense through HertzDuring major repairs as referenced on our website, a rental vehicle may be made available at our expenseAlthough we understand being without your vehicle is an inconvenience to any consumer, we do not compensate people for the loss of use of their vehicle.

Before taking my credit application over the phone, Mr*** told me the monthly payment for the lease of a Honda Civic LX would be between $per month and $per month, but this would depend on my credit score. Mr*** then said he could tell me what the payments would be after he got my credit score and this is when he took my credit application. Then, Mr*** called me back to tell me he could do the lease for me with this offer: $per month for months, which icluded tax, title and license, zero (0) down and no trarequired, and 15,miles annual allowance. I told Mr*** I would need to discuss this with my wife and get back to him. He said he understood and he asked me when my wife and I could come in to see him. I told Mr*** I would let him know. As far as I am concerned, Mr*** made me an offer. Mr*** never told me this offer was subject to approval by anyone else. I still believe this is unethical, unfair and deceptive sales practices or tactics

If the consumer's financial institution still has not received the check, we will place a stop payment on the original check and overnight a new one. The customer was provided a print-out of the operating habits that caused the engine codes.The customer was advised as to the proper operation of the vehicle by our service advisor. Borman Motor Co., LLC received your letter dated on September 16, 2013.
The warranty repair is noted on the first repair order. If the consumer no longer has a copy we would be more than happy to provide another. If the seat repair is incomplete or has reoccurred, we will perform the needed repair. 
Honda does not provide rental vehicles. As stated in our earlier response, Borman Honda does offer them in conjunction with some major repairs. The cost of the repair is what would dictate our ability to provide this service.

I am rejecting this response because: I already tried this option and it didn't work out because, we already tried this option. And Borman Auto Plex turn me away. Only offered a car with higher payment than with the Honda, I could afford the first car, the Malibu but it was a lemon within the 2 weeks, after taking it off the lot. Tried to fix it 3 times with extended warranty, then finally could not be fixed. You said I owed too much on Honda to sell me another car, period. Without the auto buy back program I qualified before, I canot nake the payments,but now I don't qualify, why. We tried tis option, do you have another?

We would not re-purchase a vehicle after such an extended period of time for the original purchase price, sans any extenuating circumstances. In regards to other options, we can only provide financing options that are made available by one of our lenders. Additionally, our inventory changes daily as a result of sales and customer trade-ins. I am rejecting this response because:
The facts you stated in your response are incorrect and inaccurate when I took my vehicle in on August 11th I complained about a loud whistling noise while driving. The technician was with me while taking the vehicle out for a drive he assumed that the brakes were the problem and after reiterating to him several times this was not the problem his mind was already made up that this was the problem. I was NEVER shown the debris on the brakes nor was I shown the "pitting" on the rotors due to rocks between the caliper and the rotor. Nowhere in my documentation shows a verbal/written estimate, who authorized the repairs, the phone numbers at which they were contacted, exactly what repairs were authorized and the time, date and name of the person obtaining the authorization from.  I had ruled the brakes out because I had inspected them prior to taking the vehicle in for repair work.  Had the technician taken the vehicle for a test drive he would have noticed the issue was not resolved therefore not charging me for unnecessary work;  I had to turn right around and take the vehicle back to the shop the same day because the noise that was reported to him the first time was not resolved.  If warranty repair work was performed on the driver’s seat then why is it still broken? No warranty paperwork was provided showing work was performed on the seat. I was given a poor explanation that there was nothing they could do because the seat kept popping off.
In the matter of the tire replacement as the service manager stated that is why you sign the waiver of liability that Borman will not be held liable for damages.  If you research you will notice I signed no paper work relinquishing my rights and nowhere is it clearly visible to customers stating so.  I dropped off the vehicle with the service advisor who in turn said he would take care of the problem.
In the matter of the rental vehicle as stated on your website ask a service advisor for details. When asked all that was mentioned was Honda does not provide rentals, and now I am getting contradicting information that you can get one during major repairs.  What constitutes a major repair? Don’t you think that replacing a drive line is major repair?
