bonnet. We only discussed a headband. When her mother-in-law came in asking for the bonnet, we told her one could be made for her and it would be ready the next day.
She had told us that the headband was "the ugliest thing she's ever seen". She was very indecisive when discussing the head band, which gave us complete control over making the head band. Everyones opinion of "ugly" is different. Knowing the quality of our custom designs she knew what she was getting. She had told us she wanted a "blinged flower" to match the dress, and that is what she got. Even after we gave her many different options to make her happy, she continued the threats. When she continued the abuse we removed ourselves from the conversation. We do not tolerate abuse or threats, we withdrew our offering to help her after she continuously threatened to post about us on social media. We told her that if it did get back to us, we would sue her for slander and liable. As a business, we are protected. We have a detailed [redacted] private conversation as proof of our response.
This was very time consuming. If she continues the complaint with another complaint I am not willing to take the time out of my very busy day to respond. I hope everyone understands. This is about a customer who is looking for financial compensation for her indecisiveness satisfaction. This we are no longer willing to do. She obviously has much more free time to keep this going.

Born Yesterday Children's Boutique
Review: WORST BOUTIQUE OR BUSINESS EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!!! Firstly they order the wrong dress in the wrong size (after almost a month waiting for it) and I have to go back which is a hike from my home w a newborn at home to tend to. Then they forgot to include the bonnet which is supposed to be included w the dress that I specifically requested being that it comes w the purchase of the dress which I had paid for. They also made a "custom" headband to match the dress in which I specifically requested a flower and skinny band. I received a bunch of fabric slapped onto a rubber band in the size of a large circle. It would take up my newborns whole head like a beanie! When I complained about it and requested to be compensated for my time with any kind of courtesy for all of my inconveinences I was told I had a bad attitude because I said I was going to voice my opinion online about their business (which at that point she threatened to sue me for slander...which last time I checked we have the right to freedom of speech. They outright refused to give me the bonnet that came with the dress I paid for or change or refund the "45$" headband which is a piece of junk. Ridiculous never in my life have I encountered a business ran this way! They should have been ashamed to sell the ugly "custom" headband that was sold to me. I thought "custom" means personalized to appease the customer? I was told "Were done here" and will not fix my issue. Unbelievable truly!Desired Settlement: Headband to be refunded and the bonnet I paid for already with the dress which I have never receieved
