Perfect Addition for My Car's Interior

Bornas general hardware Bose headphones
Can't even rate the product, Couldn't get past the horrid service to even find out if it had been shipped. Ordered some Bose headphones November 12th 2022. Website indicated would be delivered before xmas. I immediately began receiving emails to rate my service and product for Bornas website. On Nov, 23rd I received an email from the owner asking to rate the site. A few minutes after that email I received another stating the item was a discontinued color, and asked if I wanted to order a different color. I never received a response to the email so I called the number on the owners personal email. It took 3 days of calling and leaving messages when he finally answered the phone and talked with me. We agreed that I would take another color and he stated that it would still be in time for xmas. On Dec, 13th I got an email showing a status change for the order to "Shipped". I immediately got another email changing the status to "Awaiting shipping". 30 minutes later I got a third email changing the status to "Awaiting fulfillment. This email included a link to the USPS shipping number that has shown nothing but a page that says this is an invalid shipping number. Christmas has come and gone with no calls, email or any notification about this order. I started calling to find out if maybe it had just gotten tied up in transit, but now there's no response at all...not an answer to a phone message, email or text to any of the available numbers for this business. Keep in mind that I received emails asking to rate this product and service every couple days along the entire process. I continued to respond to those with the info that I had not yet received the product. I finally called my credit card company to dispute the charge to regain my lost funds that have been tied up for 2 months. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS YOU WILL BE SORRY

Worst customer service ever. I ordered headphones on September 6 and got the delivery on September 26. When I opened it, I had received the wrong item and got clothes which I did not order. Ive tried calling and emailing the company but no response ever since I got my package. They have so many different numbers and nobody answers. When someone finally answered the person I was talking to ended the call right away.

I ordered a full spectrum LED grow light to get my vegetable seeds going in early spring. I placed my order the first week of April 2020. I have yet to receive my order. I was provided a tracking number to a parcel being shipped by EMS (***). The tracking number leads nowhere. The information literally says my item has been going back and forth in the same region of China this entire time. I live in Canada. Borna's is listed as a Canadian business. Had I been provided with the decency and transparency of the information of where my item would ship from (China - another country altogether) I never would have ordered. Less than 2 weeks after I placed my order in April, I received an automated email requesting my review of my product. At that time I replied that I can't review something I haven't received. Never heard any response from the company. Now nearly 2 months later, I left a voicemail yesterday on Borna's customer service number expressing my extreme unhappiness (and yes, I communicated that due to this being COVID times, I understand the order would take a bit longer, even perhaps a few weeks). But this is ridiculous. I received no response call back today, which has now completely cemented my mistrust of this company. I will be calling directly during business hours tomorrow to request a full refund, and I will never do business with this shady company again.

I absolutely do understand your frustration and the very poor customer experience you have received in return and I am pretty disappointed because of it, therefore I do deeply and sincerely apologize. The reason you have received a very poor customer experience is because we did not have a fulfillment center at that time that would expedite every single order, but now we do. Once again I am very very sorry for this quite frankly terrible customer experience.

I will give the business owner credit, because when my patience had finally expired, he did provide me with a full refund in the form of a check by mail. The check did clear my bank, and the owner was very contrite and apologetic in his response to me. I understand he did not have a fulfillment center at the time I placed my order, which was the primary cause for the problem. He informs me he has one now, so perhaps his business will be better able to meet customers' needs going forward.

Perfect Diamond Knobs From Borna’s General Hardware
I love love love these knobs! They look just like the picture and really nice on my closets’ doors. For $3.50 a piece, you get a $10 looking knob with good quality! Worth the shipping wait time rather than expensive hardware stores with not even the same quality.

Unfortunately, I let my backyard go until there was a forest of blackberry bushes. It was certainly time to hire a contractor or do something to give me my yard back. Fortunately I hired Borna's a general Hardware and Construction. Borna and his co-worker Pam worked very hard for 7 1/2 hours to cut the bushes down and pull the roots out. They did an excellent job and gave me instructions on how to use the chemical spray to keep the bushes from coming back again. Also arranged for a disposal company to come the next day to remove all the debris. Their price was very reasonable considering how much work they had to do. I highly recommend them.
