Boro Fuel Oil

Review: In August of 2013 I contracted Boro Fuel Oil to deliver a specified amount of oil and paid for it up front using my credit card. The transaction went well until I was contacted by Boro Fuel months later claiming I owed them an additional amount due to the fact that they had delivered more oil then what I ordered. When I called them to question what had happened they had said that the driver accidentally filled my tank and now I would need to pay them for their mistake. I explained to them that due to the tardiness of their call ( 2 months later ) that I had no way of telling how much extra oil they had delivered if they in fact delivered anything extra. They then sent me a stub with no address and no name on it which had said approximately 200 gallons of oil had been delivered. I then called them again and explained that there was no way for me to tell who this delivery was made to. I was then told that the [redacted] would call me back and I never received a call. It is now 1 year later and I received another letter from them out of the blue saying they are putting this to a collection agency. I am being harassed by a company that still has yet to prove to me that this ever even happened. Please helpDesired Settlement: I want all supposed outstanding debts to be removed and I want the threatening correspondence to cease and desist immediately.
