Boro Kitchen Cabinets

Review: Hello I bought kitchen Cabinets when I was doing a kitchen renovation. The Cabinet work was not complete and after several calls to this business he now ignores my calls after saying he would come finish them. Also, since this installation many of my cabinets have begun to change color and the paint is falling off. Please help me.
