Review: The municipality sells parking garage passes at a monthly rate online. On the website, there are no regulations, rules, etc. posted in any way. When you attempt to buy a pass, you select the garage you would like, and then the dates you want the pass to be active, and then it gives you a price. When you go to pick up the pass, they inform you that you must pay 2 full months, no matter what, and additionally give other stipulations that are not listed on the website. I purchased a pass on the 28th of the month, only needing it until the end of the next month at the latest. I was told that I was required to pay 2 *full* months, meaning that not only was the $70 I paid on the 28th of the month only for the last 2 days of April, and I would need to pay an additional $90 on May 1st, but also I would be required to keep the pass and pay the full month of June as well. My issue is not these policies, but that these policies are not available [redacted]anywhere[redacted] on the website.Desired Settlement: I do not want any sort of refund or anything, I merely want the website to be updated to contain the rules and regulations that they enforce. Instead, right now they set it up so you already give them your credit card information and then they force you to give them money before explaining what you are getting. The website needs to contain these rules and regulations so consumers are not tricked into paying hundreds of dollars.
