Review: This complaint concerns [redacted] of Borowide Investigation and Process Service located at [redacted].

This is the fifth time I have either texted, emailed, or called him regarding getting me Affidavits of Service for a legal case.

I have thus far paid him and his affiliate $750 dollars for this service, which is far beyond reasonable and the market rate for this, and he has thus far been totally ineffective as this case has now been transferred to from NY Family Court to IDV Court and I never got my Orders of Protection and my civil suit is going nowhere because of this.

Thus far he has not even responded to my numerous messages with the courtesy of even a reply.

I already gave him formal notice that if I did not hear from him within 24 hours that I would be filing formal complaints with the NY Attorney General, the Revdex.com, The NYC [redacted], the NYS [redacted], and other relevant agencies.

But he does not take this notice seriously and get me the products that I already paid him too much for.Desired Settlement: Finish the job, get me affidavits of service, get me a partial refund, apology, treat other customers better.
