I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Borro/Luxury Asset Capital.
After paying off my loans and having my property returned, items were lost and/or damaged during the return shipping process. The photographs I am attaching show the condition in which some of the packages and property arrived, including visibly damaged shipping boxes.
It has now been more than six months, and I still have not been reimbursed for my lost and damaged property.
I have communicated repeatedly with the company regarding these claims. I have been told that claims were being pursued with FedEx and have also had discussions regarding Parcel Pro insurance. Despite the amount of time that has passed and my repeated attempts to resolve this matter, I am still waiting for reimbursement.
From my perspective as the customer, my agreement was with Borro/Luxury Asset Capital—not with FedEx. I entrusted valuable property to this company as collateral, and I believe the company bears responsibility for ensuring that my property is safely returned to me after the loans are satisfied.
What is particularly frustrating is the length of time this has remained unresolved. More than six months is, in my opinion, an unreasonable amount of time for a customer to wait for reimbursement for property that was lost or damaged during the return process.
I have documentation of my communications regarding this matter, as well as photographs showing the condition of the packages and damaged property.
I would like Borro/Luxury Asset Capital to take responsibility for resolving this matter directly with me rather than continuing to leave me waiting on insurance or carrier claims.
I will update this review if and when Borro/Luxury Asset Capital resolves the outstanding reimbursement for my lost and damaged property.
