Spoke to MrRocky and Mr.John on Thursday Feb 19, regarding a new roof on my house and barn here in ZacharyThere were several add on's I needed such as extra work around the fireplace chimney, adding ridge vents, and installing wind turbines, etcThey were extremely knowledgeable and helped me understand the add on's
They offered the lifetime warranty Pinnacle shingles with Scotch Guard Protector which is exactly the shingles I had been reviewing Their price was competitive, no bad reviews on Revdex.com, so I agreed to the install
The next day (Friday) on return from work, I was suprised to see all the materials were neatly stack on pallets in the yard
The next day (Saturday), the crew arrived about 7:amExtremely positive was the crew consisted of men who knew what they were doing!! With the intermittent rain we have this time of year, I was very worried about a long intall time
By 1:pm, the house and the barn was completed!!! All add on's were installed and a very good clean up job including magnets to pick up stray nails!
The roof looks GREAT!! So good that my neighbor hired them to do his roof with the same shingles!

I called Mr*** on Tuesday, Feb23rd, and he came out the same day and gave me a reasonable quoteHe offered the lifetime warranty Pinnacle shingles with Scotch Guard ProtectorTheir price was competitiveHe did let me know that he would fix a spot on my roof that was sagging
On Thursday, Feb25th, the materials were dropped off in my drivewayThen on Friday, Feb26, his crew of came @ 7am and started removing shinglesThen they went in my attic and braced some rafters that was sagging and replaced the sheet of plywood on the outside of the roofI could not see the sagging spot anymore
My house is about feet longThat includes house, carport and a shopBy 4pm, they had the job complete and the crew were picking up old shingles and passing magnets several times around the whole area of my houseThey hauled everything away
The roof looks AWESOME!!! I can't see were the low spot in my roof was
I had a friend stop by and said he was needing to get a new roof on his house and he checked out what J&W Roofing did to my houseHe got the phone number from me and called J&W and had a new roof put on his house by the first week of March

I had someone remove my wood stove from my fireplace. After it was removed the first rain we had it was pouring water in through the chimney. I called Mr. [redacted] because he had replaced my roofing and I thought it could be around the edge of the chimney. Mr. [redacted] came out and looked at my chimney and told me he could fix it. He asked me to sign a contract and requested $1,500.00 to do the work. This was on February 28, 2014. He has been out a couple of times but still has not been able to get the job completed. A lot of the reason is because of the rain we have been having and another he has never hired any bricklayers to come look at the job. He has been called numbers of times and has not returned my calls. On December 2, 2015 I wrote him a certified letter and he called and said that he would get the job finished. Because of the rain he has not been out or called even when we have gotten a break where it could be fixed. I think that he is just giving me the runaround because I am a elderly lady and can get by with it. He did promise me he would finish the job. It has been over two years and he has not been to my house since April or May of 2015. Can you please give me some help in either getting my money back or getting him to finish the job.
