We were very pleased with the paving job of our driveway that Bortolo & Sons completed for us recently We received four quotes for the driveway Although Bortolo & Sons was not the cheapest (they weren't the most expensive either), we decided they were the company to go with as they were the only company of the four that did not have anything negative written about them on the internet I suggest people look into the company they are going to do business with because we received one quote from a company that looked reputable that was less than half the price of the other quotes After some searching, it turned out they did poor work and there were many negative things out there about them

I was given a loose timeframe of 'a couple of weeks' to do the paving job, but as I didn't have to be home for it, that wasn't a big deal I put the job on hold for a couple of weeks as I had another contractor coming in to do unrelated work
Lui (Sales) contacted me weeks later, asking where we were in the other project, as they had an opening to be able to do the paving in the next day or twoAfter confirming with my other contractor that they would not be in the way, the paving job was scheduled
When I arrived home the following day I was a little surprised to find that the driveway had been repaved (my last email request had been to contact me if the job was going to go ahead) However, the new driveway looked great My only concern was that there wasn't a piece of flagging stretched across the driveway to keep stray vehicles off of it
I was issued a bill a week later for the agreed-upon price If I remember correctly, the entire transaction was handled via email - which I appreciate as it gives me a permanent record of all the communication
I would definitely recommend Bortolo & Sons to anyone looking for asphalt repaving

Glad to have contracted Lui and his team (Bortolo) to replace my drive way and front steps - a fairly large concrete pavement work. They were very professional -demonstrated that they are the experts!
Once you sign the contract, they will do everything- you can relax. Interestingly, they were not in a hurry to get the money after the work was completed! I had to chase them for the invoice !
