I ordered a product from bortzone through [redacted] They sent me the wrong productI notified both sellersI just wanted my money back it took so long to get the wrong product that I initially ordered on June **I just wanted the correct product or a refund [redacted] and Bortzone both promised a refund as of last MondayI have been unable to contact either one and am now being ignored regarding this issueI just want a resolution so I can order this product from someone else and actually get the productIt's only $total but I actually needed the item I ordered and have been trying to get it or a refund for over a monthCan you please help me with a resolution

I ordered a Humidifier/Diffuser From Bortzone through [redacted] It was quickly tracked every step of the way to my doorHowever when I got the package, it was not what I orderedIt was shoe insertsI have tried numerous times to contact Bortzone but they will not respond to my issueYou have to open a ticket, which I have done and they close it saying it was deliveredThe package has the correct tracking number for my diffuser and I have pictures I can send if neededThis is a small bag and there is no way a liter humidifier could fit in this bagI have notified them numerous times without any responseAlso, the order form inside the bag was for someone in Indiana and I am in SCI found this person on the internet to see if possibly she had gotten my item and I had hersShe did not order shoe inserts either! I have tried and tried to resolve this issue and have made them aware that I was contacting Revdex.comStill no responseI do not know what else to doI have paid for the

I placed an order through Groupon Stores to Bortzone for a massaging unit for $plus $shipping at the beginning of JulyIt did not arrive until early AugustWhen I took it out of the box, the power will come on, but nothing functionsI contacted Bortzone directly and through Groupon StoresThey responded through Groupon Stores that they would replace the unit after I sent the non-functioning one backI asked if they would be paying shipping as it arrived non-functioningThey said noWhen I priced shipping it *** and ***, the shipping was more than the unitI asked if I could send a video of the nonfunctioning unit instead of shipping it back due to the costThey refusedTo send back something that was not functioning from the day it arrived and spend $(unit and shipping) for something that was broken and only cost $is crazyThey are not offering any other solutionSo, they basically stole my money and sent me a faulty unit!

also be able to see everything on their end. I really wanted the item I purchased but I will not do business with this company again. A very simple issue could have been resolved if they would have gone ahead and sent the item I purchased. I am happy they refunded my money but as I said, I really wanted what I purchased and I believe they should have just sent it on instead of making me have to go through all this trouble to get them to do something. Thank you very much for your help as I believe I would never have gotten ANY response from them without you being involved.
