I will answer the complaint line by line, as it seems a little disjointed
1) BRG LLC is in possession of the original signed contractThe contract was signed by the customer on 7/2/I can provide a copy if needed.(Sentence 1&2)
2) BRG
LLC negoitiated on behalf of the customers with there insurance(state farm), the final agreed upon scope was used as our line item estimateI can provide a copy if needed(Sentence 3)
3) Here is the link to BRG LLC's licensing information...CURRENT AND VALID...BRG LLC never provided any other Lic# to the customer

4) The remaining or sentences will be answered below: The final approved scope of work had a Replacement cost value of $11,I met with the customer and explained that we would use this amount as our budget and either add or subtract amounts based on what was going to be done in the houseThe customer stated at the time that he was going to have BRG paint a majority of the house and that he was aware it would cost more than the insurance allowedHe said he would pay the differenceAlso, the customer was doing more flooring than the insurance was going to pay for and again he said he knew it would cost him more money out of pocket.NOTE - BRG LLC did not do the flooringBRG did do all of the baseboard replacement neededAgain, the customer was advised that it would cost more than the insurance had provided and again he said he would pay out of pocketAlso, the customer replaced items in the bathroom that were not covered by the insurance(vanity, mirror, light and fixtures, etc..)The final invoice has a complete breakdown of what was done and he charges for each item.(I can provide a copy if needed)
When the final invoice was presented to the customer, he stated that he was not going to pay and offered BRG a check for $5000.00, he had paid $previously on a progress paymentI explained to him that the amount he was offering did not even cover the monies BRG LLC had paid for materials and laborI refused his offering and explained that BRG LLC would be filing a lien on the propertyThe lien has been filed and will be perfected within the next daysBRG LLC will ask for immediate foreclosure to collect

I notice in his complaint he provide a license numberthe number I have which he sign for my mortgage company document, contractor condition waiver of lien is differentif you want me to send a copy I have know problem of send or fax to youalso he stated I sign a contract on July with BRG no it was a company call DRY DOWN water damage specialistI also file a complaint with contractor state license board with the license number he use

We are licensed under BRG LLC with CSLBNO other license belongs to BRG LLCOur license is XXXXXXXThe number that he is giving belongs to the RME of BRG LLCIt is inactive because he is the RME of our company

The only resolution offered by BRG LLC is to pay the entire final invoice
