Hello Yes some repairs have been addressed, they still need to address the top side of cricket not seamed correctly  by chimney flashing not complete in the front and sides of chimney missing chaulking on seamed areas . Two patches on sides of chimney . Flashing missing around second floor deck, top cap not over laying at least 6 inches from one another , screws in back porch along the whole length of porch not going into wood. Both sides of second floor porch exterior siding cut to short needs replacing. Regards

We received a complaint from Mr. [redacted], I called Mr. [redacted] and set up to have one of our roof repairmen to come out and inspect what needed to be completed. After this we sent the original crew that installed the roof to do the repairs. There was one panel that slid approximately 2 inches....

This was repaired as well as all of the ridge cap pieces being re fastened and crimped. We still have to complete the interior repairs and install a rain diverter on one area of the roof. We also removed 2 rubber plumbing jacks designed for metal roofs and replaced them with lead plumbing jacks per homeowners request. We will be following up to make sure that leaks are fixed after a good rain and then we will have interior repairs completed. Thank You,  William R[redacted]Reynolds Roofing TX
