Bo's Photography

We had a signed contract with Bo for our daughter's wedding. The contract included an engagement photo session, pictures taken at the wedding, and two albums. It took him five months to post the wedding pictures, but no pictures of the engagement session. We tried to contact Bo repeatedly through every means we could think of for the rest of our pictures and albums. After almost a year of hearing nothing from him, the groom sent him a certified letter that Bo signed for. After several weeks Bo sent a letter back saying he was having financial problems. He asked us to remove bad reviews we had made with a promise that he would at some point do the bridal couple's album -- he gave no indication of ever fulfilling the rest of the contract. He did have the decency to send a CD with all of the wedding pictures. We have no confidence that we ever receive what we paid for from him.

Review: We contracted with Bo's Photography for our wedding photos, engagement session, bridal session, and custom designed "montage" art photo book with up to 90 images including 2 duplicate photo books for parents. The engagement session, bridal session and wedding photos were completed. The wedding was 10-23-2010. We received the CD's of wedding photos promptly. We selected 90 images and notified Bo's of our selection along with our choice of album cover in November 2013. We have not received our albums after many attempts with calls and emails. We were also promised copyrights of the photo after the images for the albums were selected. Our contract was paid in full when the contract was signed on 8-4-10 and we do have a copy of the contract. Your help would be greatly appreciated.Desired Settlement: We would like the custom designed "montage" art album with cover and 90 selected images Bridal album and the 2 smaller duplicate albums for parents. We would also like the photographer's permission to copyright photos on CD's provided.

However, we have not received the photo album included as well as an additional that we wish to purchase. We have attempted to contact Bo by phone and email numerous times and usually receive no reply. Finally, in April, we received a reply email stating that we would receive a layout for our approval in about 3 weeks. We have not received the layout and have been unable to contact Bo regarding this situation. We appreciate any assistance that you might be willing to offer. Wedding photos are such an important means of remembering an occasion and it is heartbreaking that we have been unable to obtain this special memento that was paid for almost 2 yeas ago.Desired Settlement: We would like to receive the photo album we have paid for as well as an additional that we wish to purchase.
