My understanding is that he has talked with you and told you what steps he was going to take to correct the problem of water accumulation on the roof. He had planned to do this work this week but had some medical issues which required physical therapy this week.  i would call them and they would not respond. They would hang up on me and told me to sue them . I treated them with respect and they would not respond [redacted] there  person that  they sent out threatened me and told me to sue them .I have tried many times to cantact them and they will not honor there waranty  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

We were unaware of any problem as We had no phone call and there were no messages left on our business phone or our home phone. Your letter was our first notice of a problem.During the installation...

process there were several incidents of the owner being very unreasonable and verbally abusive. The installer of the refrigerated box and his men were ordered off the property on several occasions, only for the owner to then change his mind and ask them to continue with the installation. Botried to reach out to the owner to see what the problem was on several occasions. The owner could not be reasoned with and was hung up on each time. Bo then made a trip to his store to try and have a reasonable conversation with the owner but he, too, was ordered off the property. In the end this job was discounted heavily, to the point that we lost money in trying to appease the owner.The installation of a refrigerated box and installation of refrigeration was quoted at $30,774.74. We discounted this price and was actually paid $28,020.94.In our 40 years of being in business, this is the first time we have ever had a complaint registered against us. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work, fairness in pricing and having a good working relationship with our customers.We did make contact with the owner several days ago through the subcontractor who installed the refrigerated box. The owner was calm and respectful in this encounter and was assured that we would take care of any problem with the installation as per his warranty.Sincerely,[redacted]
