Review: Actron CP9599 vehicle diagnostic Bluetooth side scanner was purchased and after 3 months the device no longer functions. This product uses a smartphone app to run the tool. The latest Android update version 5 now prevents the device from working. The device can not work with any other app. The manufacturer was contacted and they acknowledge the issue however do not have a fix. This has been 2 months waiting for an update to fix the issue. Manufacturer still has not fixed and refuses to refund the $80 paid for the device. Retailer will not accept returns because it has been over 30 days. I have also purchased additional features through their app and now that is $20 of additional features for the device that are now useless. Manufacturer has stated to me several times that they know about the issue and do not know if they can fix it. still refuse to refundDesired Settlement: I want a refund of the product and app purchased made. I am willing to accept a replacement handheld device of equal options and value. I have always used their products with no issue. I think that they are not ready for this technology and should re-evaluate their presence in the market
