Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11504849, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below: I am very unhappy with this response After picking up my items, and making out a check to his business, he did not leave until days after agreed, because he had to wait for the check to clear Then he came back after loading wanting cash money for his gas!! I would agree to him meeting with us with police for a lie detector test!! The truck was packed when he left, and when he arrived 1/full His helper said they "re-arranged" things My year old mom trusted [redacted] !! and he ripped her off WHO WOULD DO THIS TO AN YR OLD WOMAN!!!! Hi this is [redacted] with bosch brothers movers yes I can't buy their house did a walk-through and I still have my paperwork we had a 26-foot truck and all they had was address of one dresser chest a twin bed or full bed a couch a love seat big screen TV a smart TV and boxes is no been possible those items can fill up a 26-foot truck I asked [redacted] that we're going to mark every box on our paperwork and give her a copy she refused to do so she said there was no need to count the boxes cuz I don't have many and I said there is so at the end of the job you can count your boxes and see how many you have and ensure that they have the same amount of numbers hard to drive and go I took the driver that's best equipment for the job loading is totally different they only had a quarter of a truck for those minor items she told me she was going to give me $for bonus because I wouldn't charge her additional because they couldn't get in the apartment of the day they choose to get in because the people wasn't finished so I told her that there would be a different price because I have to wait a total day or so I think maybe like two days before they can get in so [redacted] promise me that they also had a going-away sale before their moving date there's no reason for me to steal pots and pans foot rubber alligator and her mother diapers she accuse me of stealing her mother diapers pots and pans and athlete's foot rubber alligator the accusation she making is not true I asked could I come there with the police officer to get a statement because she keep calling me harassing me and I don't think it's fair that you told me about the incident I had before with another company she told me I asked me about that and I explained to her and this is what she get her information from [redacted] longer if you get tired you got to go to sleep I was there within a day and a half from leaving a less than that I got there the following evening give me a call back thank you this is [redacted] thank you Bosch Brothers Movers [redacted] ** ***

I am very unhappy with this response.  After picking up my items, and making out a check to his business, he did not leave until 3 days after agreed, because he had to wait for the check to clear.  Then he came back after loading wanting cash money for his gas!!  I would agree to him meeting with us with police for a lie detector test!!  The truck was packed when he left, and when he arrived 1/2 full.  His helper said they "re-arranged" things.  My 84 year old mom trusted [redacted]!! and he ripped her off.  WHO WOULD DO THIS TO AN 84 YR OLD WOMAN!!!!
