We had Boschert Electric install a 30amp outlet and 110 dual outlet. They responded quickly and within 24 hours we had our work completed. They were very professional and cleaned up the office following the installation. We plan on using this company for upcoming jobs.

I had boschert electric come out to my house to run electric to install ceiling fans in numerous rooms. Everything they did was first class and I would recommend them anyone looking for electrical work. They had the best prices around and also did quality work. Boschert was very flexible with scheduling and was on time the 2 different times they came to my house. I will be using boschert electric for future work to my house and you should to.

I live 60 miles west of the St. Louis airport, in a small house on the top of a mountain in densely wooded acreage. It's a place, that is always extremely difficult for people to find, due to the maze of rural roads that lead to it. I was away the previous night and returned home around noon to discover that power was dead to my house, had been off long enough that the ice had melted in my refrigerator and upright freezer and a large amount of frozen meat and vegetables was in trouble. My neighbors had power, so I ran through the phone book, calling advertisements promising "24 hour emergency service." Not one of them, I repeat, not one of them answered the phone. I was thoroughly discouraged, until I dialed an outfit called "Boschert Electric" and I got lucky, someone actually answered! Not only that, but the fellow, Nathan [redacted], was an extremely nice, smart and down-to-earth guy. He was at his home, getting ready to go out on a date with his wife, but after hearing my situation, he cancelled the date with his wife (wow), hopped into his truck and drove at least an hour out to my place; and with great precision, working in the dark, he got my electric power back on in record time. He did all of this in response to a random call on a weekend night from a total stranger. Nathan reminded me that there are still indeed some good people left in this world and I most highly recommend his service. It's people like him, who make the world a better place. I would first like to say Nathan is an outstanding individual, I called him yesterday after talking to 3 or 4 electricians first they were all busy or booked, I was beginning to lose hope see my power had been acting crazy for the last few weeks and I tried doing what I could with the little knowledge I have with electrical problems, the AC had been going out no power at all and different parts of the house would lose power at different times, well I got hold of Nathan and explained my situation, he ask the right questions to just about every issue, I told him the AC was out and it was getting very hot in our home, he quoted his prices and they were reasonably competitive with all the others, I told him I was handicapped and on a fixed income any others I told said to call back to see where I was financially, before I could tell him I would call him back, he said hey listen, it's hot as it could be where he was so he didn't want me suffering in my home, he told me he would work with me on the payments, and let me know he was finishing up where he was and wasn't far from my location and would head over when he was done, he kept his word, when he got there he was really cool and got right to work, well he found the problem and it wasn't even anything on my end it was the power company, they had a bad connection coming from outside, he took the time to call the power company explained the situation and they were there in less then an hour, after an hour or so to my surprise Nathan called asking if they came out and taking care of the situation, this guy took the time to do this within a couple hours, now my daughter and wife are safe and comfortable. I salute Nathan and will call any time I need him, he is a stand up guy, thanks Nathan!

We found Boschert Electric on-line and decided to give them a try as they were a local company (St. Charles). The owner, Nathan, was quick to come out as we were without power. He quickly diagnosed and fixed our problem. I greatly appreciated how frank and honest Nathan was with both the immediate fix and what, down the road, might be improvements or repairs that probably should be taken care of in the future (without pressure). I'd definitely use Boschert Electric again!

Without a doubt I highly recommend Nathan & Jeffrey for any electrical issue big or small. I'm used to being treated like I'm just another number on a companies long list of places they need to be that day. However that was not the case with Nathan. I am a new home owner and had a ton of questions. Every single question was addressed and there was no pressure to fix all the extras like cosmetic lighting work. After weeks of aggravation with a built-in wall timer, I decided I needed an expert and called Boschert. I explained my problem, and asked him if he could come fix it before I had to go out of town. Even though he was obviously busy, he came early one morning before work and had the timer installed in short order. He was very professional and I will certainly use him again for my next project.

Had an electrical problem late last night. Woke this morning not knowing who to call. I Googled St. Charles Electricians and Boschert Electrical popped up showing an A+ rating with the Revdex.com so I decided to give them a call even though it was 6:50 a.m. To my surprise, someone answered the phone. I told the gentleman my problem and he said that he would be out within the hour. He did as promised, was very professional and repaired our problem quickly. When hiring an electrician, you never know what you will have to pay, but I was pleasantly surprised that my bill was a very reasonable price. Thank you Boschert for a job well done! We will be using you again in the near future for a project around the house and have already referred you to a friend!

I had been calling electricians in St. Charles County for 2 weeks. No one called me back. Today I called Boschert Electric (I was ready to call 3 more companies). I reached an actual person and he told me he was finishing up a job around noon and would today be OK. I was ecstatic. They came and did a great job fixing our ceiling fan wiring which was not safe and checking an outlet that we thought had a short. They were professional, polite, and gave us helpful information. The price was very reasonable and we are happy customers.

I can't say enough good things about Nathan at Boschert Electric. I called him at about 4:00 p.m. because we had an issue with a burned out breaker that was operating the furnace. I explained the best that I could of what was going on. He took the time to ask questions and offered several suggestions. He even offered to come out that evening if we absolutely needed it fixed. I told him that we could wait until the morning. I was concerned as to what costs we might run into with this repair. I understand that is a hard question for someone to answer until they see what they have to deal with. Nathan spent the time to explain things to me and offered some general costs that would be involved depending on which way we decided to go. As it turns out we decided to have our electrical panel switched out completely. He gave me a general idea of the cost for that. I was a little nervous as I have had people give me cost estimates and then charge me double once they had things completed. Nathan didn't do this and explained everything he was doing as he worked. He wasn't bothered by me asking questions and seemed happy to answer them. He was extremely quick and I was very impressed with his work. He didn't try to sell me anything extra but did offer suggestions for now and possibly down the road. At the end of the job he was right in line with his estimate. It is so hard to find contractors like Nathan anymore (or people in general for that matter) that really seem to care about what they are doing and treat customers like friends. I will absolutely call Boschert Electric in the future and will recommend them to anyone I come across that might need electrical work in their homes. Thank you Nathan!
As I was typing this review Nathan called to respond to a question I had asked while he was doing the work. He had given it some more thought and just wanted to let me know. There isn't much better customer service than that!
