Thank you for your follow-up letter regarding ID# [redacted] on behalf of [redacted].
In response to [redacted]'s request, and subsequent return, we have refunded the entire purchase price for his order from January of 2014. Although Bosica has a 30-day refund policy, we extended it on behalf of [redacted] because we are committed to customer satisfaction. We are refund the $36.15 that [redacted] Paid; this includes the price of the product plus shipping.
[redacted] emailed us on February 12,2015, over a year after his purchase. We did not receive this email and we do apologize to [redacted] for not responding.
With the return of his purchase, [redacted] also returned an item he did not purchase from us. We have no record of this purchase and so cannot process the refund. If [redacted] would like a refund for this item we request he send us proof of purchase.
As stated, boscia is committed to our customer's satisfaction.
