In an effort to solve the following dispute I have included the following response: $9,240.50-Total Sale 3,- 35% Commission 6,- Advertising & web 5,- Set Up Fee ( men @ $per hour for a total of hours) 2,2,227.50- Total amount due for vehicles - Amount due to the estate - Amount paid to the estate Check #$ - Portable Toilet Rental $ - Amount paid to the estate Check # Please note: #Large air compressor was included with the real estate because it was hard wired to the garage, # [redacted] side by side refrigerator $was paid & #Box spring& mattress $was paidEnclosed please find a copy of a signed contract which states that related expenses are: advertising, set up and sale dayAs far as the items that did not sell, when lot #does not sell it is put with lot #and so on & so forthOn Monday ( May 6, 2013) myself and our crew went back to the estate @ [redacted] **and we threw out whatever was left and we broom cleaned the garages and the houseThe amount due for the vehicles was collected by the executor and or the lawyer's office as they needed to furnish the buyer's with the appropriate paper work for the vehicles and the executor had to send for the papersAs far as the portable toilet is concerned we had to rent one because we had to provide a public restroomMonths before the estate auction when [redacted] was here I sat down with both [redacted] & her grandson (who worked for an auction company) and I explained everything to themI did keep in touch with [redacted] , per the telephone on several occasions and as stated on a fax dated 4/4/I did not take advantage of the [redacted] estate, Nor did I take advantage of [redacted] If there are any further questions please feel free to contact me @ [redacted] or [redacted] Sincerely, Pat B

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I have filed a complaint just lately regarding this business. I did respond to your e-mail, however it did not go through obviously. I do not accept the liquidators response to my complaint. My mother did not get paid for the bed and refrigerator nor the 2 vehicles. Also the amount for the 3 people to organize the sale should not have taken ten days to do. Everything was already sorted out by us and could have been done in half the time. Do not do business with these people. What was the 35 percent commission used for???? Please at least hate them pay Marian for the bed and refrigerator which were hers personally. Also the sale of the vehicles. Thank you.
