Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not fully resolve my complaint Bosley’s response as stated is insufficient to fully accept at this point However, I am willing to negotiate and believe we can come to an agreement in good faith We do accept their proposal not to paint but further define areas to be fixed. For final acceptance, Bosley Plastering must fix the north quarter section of the living room ceiling, the north wall of the same living room, and the ceiling of the main bathroom All of this area was part of the contracted work from Augcurrently under dispute, complaint ID [redacted] .The work should be completed by June 12th, 2017, one month from now We ask it be done to the same quality as work Bosley previously completed with our first contract in Nov Please see attached pictures of work to be done with acceptance criteria examples.Reference: [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

Just for the record this is a thin coat system, if what you are working on is not straight the best you can do is make it pleasing to the eyeThe fake beams show how bad it was*** insist on shooting the light down and across, even a piece of glass will show the imperfectionsJust for the record *** paid for the Plaster work that was done said he liked it and then paid for the PaintingIf he didn't like the Job after it was done why would he pay for itI think this is over him changing the fan to the light after it was doneSorry this got out of hand even if I do the ceiling over now he is just mad*** if you have any further questions or concerns feel free to give me a callI hope you have a great weekend.Thank You, ***From, Bosley Plastering

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. We reject Bosley Plastering’s response regarding the Revdex.com complaint because it does not propose a solution We are surprised Bosley did not offer compromise like we discussed in last month's response. We are repeat customers of Bosley Plastering because we were pleased and expected the same quality the 2nd time around However, they clearly had a new crew without sufficient experience and proper oversight. Please see attached pictures of poor craftsmanship in question.Link: ***

We took over the first time on the project from next level drywall where [redacted] had ask this company to stop work from being performed any further on his home. Everything was going fairly well on the second faze of the project. [redacted] seemed o have a problem with the price after I had plastering, he...

couldn't fine anyone to paint it he was in a rush because of the baby baptism that was going on in his hoe. He thought the price was to high he wanted to pay me a lot less then it was worth but then we came to a agreement. You could tell he was not happy with the agreement on the painting. Just before we started to paint he decided to change the exhaust fan and the light just before the ceiling was done. I explain to him that plastering that hole the plaster will show a start and stop line so you would see the patch. He said that was ok. So after the baptism he sent us pictures of the baptism and of his baby and said how everyone loved the job and thank us for getting the job done in time for the baptism. Then several months later he called about the patch. After I explain to him there would be a cost to re-do the ceiling so you could not see the patch he seemed to be upset, and then started sending me pictures of other spots he was not happy with. Thought we was going to resolve this then you (Revdex.com) notified me. He would contact me then we would not hear back from him for several weeks. Not sure what to do. I also had [redacted] leave a message with [redacted] at the Revdex.com. If you have any further questions or concerns feel free to give me a call @ ###-###-#### Thank You, [redacted]From, Bosley Plastering

Bosley’s response as stated is insufficient to fully accept at this point.  However, I am willing to negotiate and believe we can come to an agreement in good faith.  We do accept their proposal not to paint but further define areas to be fixed. For final acceptance, Bosley Plastering must fix the north quarter section of the living room ceiling, the north wall of the same living room, and the ceiling of the main bathroom.  All of this area was part of the contracted work from Aug2016 currently under dispute, complaint ID [redacted].The work should be completed by June 12th, 2017, one month from now.  We ask it be done to the same quality as work Bosley previously completed with our first contract in Nov2015.  Please see attached pictures of work to be done with acceptance criteria examples.Reference: [redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  My family rejects Bosley’s response because it does not propose a resolution to address poor craftsmanship.  Approximately 250sqft, or 30% of the contracted work, degraded the original condition and value of our home. Please see attached pictures. We propose the following options for resolution: 1) Repair 250sqft, which includes 3 days of work to basecoat, plaster coat, prime paint, and 2 coats of final paint as originally contracted.  Or, as an alternate option: 2) Refund $1500, as determined by 30% of original costs + 8 months of grievances.

Business is willing to plaster the ceiling free of charge, but will not paint it.

Carl a sincere thank you for your prompt & efficient work on our entry way. We are thrilled with how it turned out & will make sure to email you a picture when it is all painted.

Regards, Liz & Ty
