promptly escalated to leadership for approval of a full refund without penalty due to the circumstances.  The approval for the refund was obtained on September [redacted] and we communicated the decision to [redacted] via email.  The paperwork required for processing the refund was completed on September [redacted] and was submitted to our Accounting Department on September [redacted].  Again [redacted] was notified on September [redacted] that the paper work was being processed. The refund check was issued by our Accounting Department on October [redacted] and was sent out via [redacted] to [redacted].  We notified [redacted] that the refund check has been mailed.  [redacted] should receive the refund check by no later than October [redacted] We apologize for any miscommunication or any inconvenience that our refund processing time may have caused.
