Boss Babe solicits customers on social media through their advertisements for Brand Ambassadors. They immediately engage with individuals who have expressed interest via direct messages on Instagram or Facebook. As an “Ambassador”, an individual receives a discount code to apply to their clothing or accessory order. I placed an order as an “Ambassador” and and received a tracking number two weeks later. Boss Babe supposedly ships using USPS. Two weeks later, the status of the order using the tracking number was still “pre-shipment”. However, I received an email asking me for a review of my order. This caused me to go to their website and the order was marked as fulfilled. For 5 days thereafter, I emailed and sent Direct Messages to Boss Babe to inquire about the status of my order. They do not have a phone number you can call. Boss Babe never responded To my emails or messages, and eventually I filed a dispute through my bank.
