customer called us on March 26, 2015 to ask why she did not receive both Shampoo & Conditioner. We explained to the customer that she only received the conditioner because that is all that she ordered.Please refer to the 1st screen shot on the next page. As you can see, while both the shampoo and conditioner are listed together on the product page, the customer must select either shampoo or conditioner and a size in order to add an item to their shopping cart. We have sold this item for a while and have not had any other customer complain that the website it misleading. I have also attached for you a copy of the checkout page of the website. You can see that our website clearly shows which item you selected before asking for payment information.
