my kitchen cabinets were built by Boss. after the cabinets were installed by my contractor the cabinets were not working properly. so I asked the Boss ppl to come and identify what the problem was. it took a lot of phone calls, many visits and waiting to have anyone to come and look at the cabinets. the end result was that the Boss could not do anything to fix the problem because the installation was done by "my contractor" and not by the Boss. Customer service is non existence and the follow up is non existence. you cannot expect to have anyone call you back when you leave a message.
