[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Assumed Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] had two of his employees work one day to hand dismantle and stack the existing concrete block wallsHe then found another man who wanted the concrete blocks for free so that person hauled them off [redacted] then hired that same person to haul off all the broken concrete blocksThree weeks later that man came over looking for [redacted] because he never got paidI called dozens of times and he never would answer, and when he did it was nothing but lies promises and excusesWe have had a very mild winter and there have been weeks of nice weather he could of been doing somethingYes he did call me on 1/18/and said he was going to come over and have some lumber delivered in which he didThat day he told me that he wanted to get back on track, he was never on trackThe last time I talked to him was 1/23/he quit answering my calls after thatHe called 6/5/telling me he was ready to build my garage whether I paid him or notI told him it was done then he said I owe you some money then and made plans to come over Thursday 6/8/not 6/15/He did not show upJust more lies and promisesWhat has he been doing for the last months, it has not been building my garage or calling me to let me know what was upOne month after he had the lumber delivered I called [redacted] to see how much he spent and found out he paid for the lumber with a bad check [redacted]

Was hired to paint a house build a deck and do some stone work,Weather slowed down project ( rain)And they were in a time limit after they figured I would not make the time limit they wanted there money back, during this time we had painted about 3/of the house and [redacted] changed her mind on the color and wanted it repainted,,,She changed her mind on the color 3-times which did prevent me from starting several timesI did call her and made plains to get with her so I could get her money back!!!!!!

Wife hired me for a project collect money upfront, I started purchasing material, wife fired me after days before I was schedule to start because I did not answer the phone or respond to her fast enough!!!I called and no answer but will be reaching out to them to return there money

*** hired me to build a garage for him,I tore down the old garadge, removed all debris from property, I purchased some material for this projectWeather slowed this down cold and some rain or little drizzle, this project was during the winter months.I did contact him to meet with him this
coming Thursday 6/15/2017 before 10:am to get this worked out!!!I also have pictures of the work we done for him!!!!
