Aloha customer and Revdex.com, I'd like to start of by saying that we are a new business ( less than year old ) and we are learning every step of the way how to better serve our customers in many aspects, lIke improving products, lowering prices, and In ths case consolidating shopping
prices. Unfortunately we made a mistake with kealiis order, he was in out first group of customers we offered "free shipping"We made the mistake of shipping COD, we caught the mistake over the weekend and we're awaiting a call from the customer or shipper to pay for the shipping whe it landedA series of events took place that exacerbated the problem , like our phone was out of commission for that week We did respond to an email and social media question same day to kealii on the Monday it arrived Kealii was refunded his shipping amount $plus $for by the hassle. We stand here accountable for this mistake and have used this expirience to improve customer relations and shipping protocol I believe that kealii is satisfied with the correction and hope for his business in the futureLike I mentioned in his review on our Facebook page, sometime a tree must be pruned to have good fruit.
