*** *** *** I do not accept the business's responseHe did offer me 15% off my next auto detailing; however, I hesitate to schedule with him because he obviously is not reliable.I also do not appreciate his excusesIf he wants to be taken seriously as a business owner, he needs to be more organized and, rather than use his home phone as a business contact, get a line just for his business so that people aren't confused when his wife or someone else answers the phone casually without stating that this line is also used for his business. If he knew he was going to be busy at the time that he was moving his business, he should not have scheduled my auto detailing, let alone pick up my car at my place of workWhen I initially made the appointment, I made sure that he had my name and numberI'm guessing he did not place my appointment in any time of schedule, whether on a paper scheduler or electronically, seeing as how he "forgot".All in all, his lack of organization and his wonderful ability to make excuses gives me no confidence in him as a business owner, let alone his ability to take care of my car

My wife had answered one call when I was out and she acted as if I was ignoring her but I do all the work and jobs myself as well as paper work and setting appointments therefore it is hard to get ahold of me someday but if you leave a message I usually try to get back to someone the next day. However I told her if she'd give me another chance I'd do her vehicle anytime and give her a discount and her only response was ok.[redacted]
