I visited this dentist office on the 12th of June and my exam included a full set of X-raysWhen I came to another dentist office for a second opinion I called three separate times requesting my X-rays to be sent to the dentist office I was getting a second opinion fromThey confirmed they sent my records however the other office never received themI had to wait two hours before deciding I would have to pay out of pocket for new X-rays to get my missing filing corrected and procede with treatment Product_Or_Service: Oral exam

The store knows they did not answer the phone at ten am as they indicated in the response. I already explained my work hour's to them and how difficult it is for me to deal with coming in when they wanted on top of my one year old child and my multiple sclerosis being disabled carrying a small child isn't easy for me.
