I would like to say thank you to Boss Logo for there service and customer service. I was in a really big jam to get some posters printed and they worked around the clock to make shur that I was taken cared off. thanks once again!
I've been with Boss Logo since I discovered them years ago. The service and products have only gotten better over the years. I will continue to print my marketing media thru them for years to come.
I found them online about 6 years ago. They were very decent, responsive and efficient. Over the years however they've degraded quite a bit. There seems to be no investment in the company and they lack complete sense of customer service. During the past year there's been an increase in miscommunications and lack of ownership for mistakes. Most recently I sent an order request 2 1/2 weeks prior to leaving on vacation and they fumbled my order, putting it on hold for multiple days at a time. I had to email them repeatedly otherwise there would be no "movement". Then when I asked to expedite the order to make it on time or simply cancel it wth a full refund. They issued me a credit and cancelled my job without even trying to expedite it. How frustrating is it to be a customer of Boss Logo's ? They need to give me back my money because I will not spend another dime in this place !!
By far the worst business I have ever dealt with in any field. Their customer service reps just take complaints all day and you can hear it in their voices. Their turn around times are non existent. The quality of print is random you never know if your order will turn out ok. The only good thing is the price but you need to ask yourself if your willing to sacrafice quality, service, turn around time, peace of mind and losing your client to save a buck.
Boss logo will not respond to your complaints, issues and questions. They work on a pay first policy, you pay even before getting your order and once they have your money they dont care about you or your business. If you chose the pay later option on their site they will look for your last credit card used and charge it without your authorization and if you dispute this they will only offer you a credit. How does that make any sense? Imagine going to online shopping on a site and putting things in your on not cheicking out. Only to find out a few days later that they went ahead took your credit card on file and purchase orders for you without your authorization.
Kapil the owner is no where to be found he hides behind his employees. Boss Logo is what is wrong with the orint industry today. Driving prices lower with absolutely no customer service or ethics.
