The complex is new, and started leasing out the apartments as of this January (which is when me and my husband moved in)
When I called and talked to the Vice President (Laurie) of Ovation this afternoon (the company that owns Elevate), she said that their engineers say it's "safe" to live here (it clearly isn't)
Laurie (the Vice President of Ovation), said she would give me and my husband a different unit at a different property that Ovation owns, but I wouldn't dare risk our lives by moving to ANY of their propertiesThough I d
