Business model is a HUGE scam It gets its money from people that forget to cancel an unused and useless subscription service I only used the service one day and paid for the 7-day trial period But they automatically convert your trial period to monthly paid subscription unless you specifically ask them not to In which case you have to call their X-XXX-XXX-XXXX; a number that no one picks upOr send them an email through an online form found on their website wherein you do not get acknowledgement whether or not a real live person received your message and what the action is, despite the automated response they have that goes: "If you are requesting support on a weekday, you should receive a response within hoursTickets received in the evening, on weekends, or over a holiday will be processed on the next business day." I called and emailed on Thursday (7/16), and called again on 7/After a lapse of almost a week, that's when I got a call back So, just BEWARE!

I only used the service one day and paid for the 7-day trial period. But they automatically convert your trial period to monthly paid subscription unless you specifically ask them not to. In which case you have to call their X-XXX-XXX-XXXX; a number that no one picks up. "If you are requesting support on a weekday, you should receive a response within 24 hours. Tickets received in the evening, on weekends, or over a holiday will be processed on the next business day."
I called and emailed on Thursday (7/16), and called again on 7/21. After a lapse of almost a week, that's when I got a call back.
