so I went into boss steel looking to have a spacer made spoke to ppl n the front that took the specs for what I need made then there main fabricator came in and said they can have it done at a outside location but it will be no problem at alli gave them my number and they said they would call me with a price once they knew
a week later I call and the one guy remembers who I was and checks around for my order info doesn't find it and say's i'll call you back and never does
I wait more days and called again now im being told they cannot do it they wanna charge me 15$ for a inch peice of pipe in witch I have to bring now to a milling place and pay them do mill it for me? now I told them to give me to someone higher up in witch a person that answered the phone *** complaining it took mins for him to find the pipe and that he charges 100$ a hour and is doing this for a favor to me and then told me to take it or leave it and slammed the phone down on me
last I checked you charge 100$ to do the metal work not find the materiel that you should already have on hand this isn't my issue next off right on your website in "services" it says this
" BOSS Steel's custom precision steel fabrication shop is fully equipped to handle any job, large or small."
well ovbsly that's a lie since u said u had to send my order out but could be done and now I would have to send it out myself meaning YOU CANT DO IT!!! so thank you boss steel for taking weeks to tell me you cant do the job you said you could and then wanna charge me 15$ *** *** ***
