On Friday March 25, I purchased a security cameraI immediately turned it on and followed all directions It was faulty I went back to the store for an exchange, after testing the camera the owner agreed it was a bad cameraHe tested others of the same brand and found them to be faultyHe asked if I care to use his personal camera untill my issue was resolvedI choose not to in the event it got stolen or broken He then gave me a different camera that,was comparable in price$And again when I got it home, it also didn't workI went to the store again for a refund and was was told it's store credit onlyNo where in the store or on the receipt had that been publicly stated So I left the camera there to repaired or exchangedI received a call to stop inI have stopped at night eyes several times only to find the store was closed early or the gentleman was unavailable I contacted him and he assured me he would be there on Saturday all dayMy
