Boss The Pet Connection

The first time I took my dog to Boss Pet Connection on Sample Road, I was pleased, so I brought him back againWhen I picked my puppy up this time, the owner, who apparently groomed him this time, brought him out to meHis coat was extremely short with skin showingHe handed him to me, saying something to the effect of, "Don't touch his ear, he's fine." When I asked if his ear was cut, the response was, yes, but he's fine and don't touch itHe then assured me he had used a guard, as was used before and had no idea why it was shorter this timeI wasn't too terribly upset and even left a tip in the jarDogs get cutThey wiggle, and it's no big dealHis ear was hard, like there was some sort of liquid bandage on it, but it seemed okay
Two weeks later I was at agility class and my step-daughter noticed something on Jax's earI took a lookA CHUNK of his ear was missingThe scab and any liquid bandage had fallen off, and it was healedBut a piece of his ear was no longer there
I called and explained what happened and that I was upset about itI was told that the owner would be notifiedWhen I expressed further displeasure, I was told the owner would call meThat was TuesdayMorningFriday when I still hadn't heard from anyone, I called againAfter sending a message on Yelp, this was the message I received from himI'm cutting and pasting, so as not to misinterpret anythingThis message infuriated me more than the cut OR the fact that he did not have the decency to call me back

hiper, nervios etcwe do run to times when we have to go shorter than
owners wish, and nicks are always a threat specially.around ears and legs
So we try our best , not always with best results
Times are economic challenging and most complaints usually narrow down to a
refund of serv Or any monetary solution and very little time on the moral
issue So I cant spend time listening all after all we still used valuble
time grooming your pet sadly with a unwanted result
So ones again we apologise for all inconviniece, we will encourage you to
try another salon hoping for better resultsWe at Boss hold our heads up
