Boss HVAC no called-no showed for appointments to fix my AC over a 5 day period. This lag caused water damage to my ceiling, which Boss HVAC takes no responsibility for. They do not return phone calls and when I call them, the dispatcher is unprofessional and combative. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
We did show to the appointment that was scheduled the day we received the work order unfortunately due to the high demand of ac repair needed during this season we where running late and the customer opt to reschedule for another day. We have attempted to help him but his demands are unreasonable. No we will not take responsibility to his damaged property due to his air conditioner already leaking prior to us receiving this work order. His warranty company has denied his claim something that is not in our control but between his and his warranty company. He calls screaming, making demands and threats but says he is trying to be nice.
