To Whom it May Concern, I am writing in response to a letter I've received from the Revdex.comregarding a client named [redacted] **.I have a policy form on file, signed by Ms**, detailing our absence,makeup, and payment policyThere are no surprises to speak of in thisscenario, just a bit of confusion, I believe.Just like in any business, there is a limit to the number of rescheduledappointments that a student/client can have, they are not unlimited.When our admin explained this to her, she did not express concern, did notlet us know she was in any way confused, or had any issues with the scenarioAnd now, we are seeing a letter of complaint through a third partyLike anyreasonable business manager/owner, of course I would have addressed herconcern in-person, had she made it known in the first place.I have to say, I was very surprised to receive this letter, since we didn'treceive any calls, email or letters from the client regarding any concern w/regards to student absence policyBSM staff is always here to help ourclients however possibleThe offer still stands if Ms [redacted] would like tohave a conversation, I certainly welcome the opportunity to speak withher and clarify the situation I'm available at [email protected] your records, a hard copy of this letter has been mailed to both Revdex.com Boston & Ms**.Sincerely, [redacted]
