I am rejecting this response because:I was never abusive.  On the contrary, I was polite and patient.  The hotel manager's account of events was false.

Guest had called down to the front desk regarding issues with clocks being set at incorrect times. guest was extremely agitated and aggressive to front desk staff using multiple profanities directed at front desk personel with initial report of issue. Our front desk apologized...

and dispatched our (Hispanic) maintenance man to the room to address the issues. upon arriving he had determined that the clock just needed to be set to correct time. being a idock it requires the reverse side to be removed to set time. while trying to resolve the issue (according to our maintenance man) the guest started being extremely aggressive towards him verbally with racially intolerant remarks stating all "Mexicans need to get out" and that they are all dirty and worthless.during this time the guest had also called down to the desk multiple times again being very abusive to our front desk staff. our front desk knowing that the issue was going to escalate further even following rectifying the issues for the guest asked the guests to please leave and that all charges would be refunded. the guest hung up with no response. our front desk went to the roomand knocked on the door and a woman that was staying the room with the gentleman answered the door. our front desk stated that the guests needed to pack up the room and vacate the premises. the lady responded by pleading to please let them stay and that the they had been drinking alcohol and were a little inebriated and apologized for the other guests behavior. our front desk staff informed her that only on the condition that tried not to disturb any guests and would no longer be abusive to our staff, otherwise we were going to contact the authorities to have them removed. she complied. front desk staff contacted me immediately following coming back down from room to fill me in on the situation , during the phone call the gentleman came down to the front desk to complain regarding issues in room which had been resolved at this point and again began using multiple profanities in our lobby. frontdesk asked him to politely calm down andthat they were on the phone with a manager and if he would like to speak with me. he declined and continued to be abusive, we offered yet another opportunity for him to leave premises . he declined and went back to room.we gave multiple chances for guest to leave with refund. he declined. typically with such behavior we would contact authorities immediately and have guest removed with no refund. our frontdesk and staff on hand did everything they could to accommodate guest. that
