This company does the best work, even more than you request at a high level. The paperwork is pristine, they show up when they say they will, and they leave things clean. Alex did extensive insurance paperwork for a contractor working for me and she made it so easy for me. Then I hired her team to paint the interior of my home and more recently to do all the quarter-round after new floors had been installed. They caulked the quarter-round and repainted all the baseboards. It looks terrific! They are not the least expensive but I think they are well worth it. You will be very pleased with any job that they do for you.

BossLady Contracting was able to jump in and help to replace hail damaged roofs for a duplex in a short notice due to my previous roofing subcontractor's inability to respond. Alex and her team was great. They kept site cleaning. She was great on details and communicating through every step of the way. I was very impressed that she was able to jump in during the weekend to pull the permit and confirm material delivery, by the following Monday material was on site and crew was on site Tuesday. She followed through till all paperwork was approved with insurance company. I highly recommend her team to others for future roofing work.

We highly recommend Crawfurd Co! Alex and Crawfurd Co is amazing to work with! We had a back up in our laundry in the basement and Alex was amazing in working with our insurance adjuster to get quotes reviewed and approved. She has amazing taste and worked with our preferences to pick out the perfect flooring, paint and doors for our needs and wants. Her crew was prompt every day, worked hard to get the job completed in a timely manner. She always kept us in the loop on schedules or issues that need to be discussed. We were having a siding project done on our house when a hailstorm hit us. The siding company working with us referred us to Alex and her crew. She was amazing to work with. Crawfurd Company recently replaced our shingles that were damaged in the 2018 hail storm. (the delay was our choice.) I have a very complex roof and I am a demanding customer in that I'm detail-oriented and have solid construction knowledge.
Alex C answered all of my many questions in a patient and timely manner. She worked directly with the insurance company in advance to ensure that all items to be billed would be paid; that went smoothly (for me) despite the job being handled by a succession of different insurance agents.
I kept vacillating about shingle and ventilation options but Alex was very patient with me.
Alex's crew - she contracts with the same sub so they work well together - did a good job on the roof, particularly the flashing which is critical to a good roofing job. When I requested some minor fixes, Alex was quick to remedy the issues.
I'd happily hire Alex again.

Recently we had our roof redone after the hail storm that happened almost two years and some month ago. The process to get us to a contractor and a settlement read like a horror story, needless to say we got to the end to have the contractor leave us without warning.
This left us scrambling to find someone to take care of our siding and our roof. We found a siding contractor and they referred us to Crawfurd Company. We had our meeting with Alex C the owner of the company. She was very open and honest with us about the fact that our home would be challenging due to the height of our second story. She reviewed all the roofs we wanted replaced. They included the main house, a detached two car garage and a covered patio. Alex was very thorough and returned an estimate promptly.
We elected to use Crawfurd Company and we are very happy that we did! I cannot say enough about the crew that came to do the work and how they respected our home. This is my family home and someone from our family has occupied the house for over 82 years. Needless to say, we are particular about workmanship. After a terrible roofing project eight and half years ago, we were worried! Alex and her crew did a professional job and did it with care and true craftmanship.
With any construction job problems do come up. No matter what the situation was Alex took care of the problem! She was on site along with her supervisor, who actually watched his crew. Alex always returned phone calls, emails and text very promptly!
It was a pleasure to have a modern company with old fashion values! We would strongly recommend Crawfurd Company if you need a roof or other project done! We will use Alex and her company again!

Excellent and responsive service from this company. I had a complicated gutter issue that was causing significant water damage in my finished basement. Crawford Company came out the day after my call, quickly diagnosed the problem and had the repair started within just a few days. Once the repair was started, the contractor found additional problems that they were able to correct quickly and for the same price initially quoted. Alex, the owner, is very knowledgable, stayed in regular communication and checked back with me to be sure I understood what was done and that I was satisfied. I'll definitely continue to call Crawford Company for home repairs and improvements and highly recommend them to family and friends.

Crawfurd Co. Is one of the better Company I have worked with. After the Hail storm in 2017 it was a big job Crawfurd came through like a champ from helping with the insurance,to helping with color of siding and roof worked very clean and was very courteous also have received courtesies calls to insure that every thing was still looking good. on a scale of one to ten I give a ten I will use there service again

I had the best experience working with Alex and her incredible crew. She met with me several times until every detail was handled, going above and beyond as I communicated with my insurance and debated the merits of various color options. When it came time for the installation her crew worked extremely hard and efficiently until the job was done. The end result was a gorgeous roof upgrade at a price that was much lower than I expected. Other roofing companies might price gouge while cutting corners on the work, which is why people get so worried when they have to find a quality roofer. Crawfurd Company, Alex *** replaced my roof, painted the trim on my house and painted the wood fence. She worked with the insurance company and got them to pay for all the work. The work was done on time, on budget and very professional. The house looks beautiful.
I also, worked with Alex when I needed my warehouse painted. She had the painting finish with in three days from the day I called her. She is amazing. I couldn't believe she could get it done that quickly and professionally.
