asked if I could come by to take a look and resolve the issue with the wiring. I agreed but we did not set a date but I said I would come as soon as possible. That was the ONLY correspondence I have received regarding the issue until I received a message from his [redacted] on [redacted] to call her. I received that message on [redacted] and returned her call that morning. I left her a message asking if there was someone home that afternoon that I could come by that afternoon to resolve the issue. She called me back an hour or so later and left me a message and I called her back within a half hour after that. At that time we finally spoke and she said it was too late for me to come by and fix the problem, that she had hired another company to change the wiring and wanted me to pay the $[redacted]. bill for the changes. I disagreed with her that I am responsible for the costs she incurred by not having the patience to have me do the changes as I agreed to do. I received one call from them with no set time to make the changes. I did respond to her calls in a very timely manner,(one day) and could have easily made the changes long before the closing date of their house sale at no cost to them. It also looks from the initial filing of the complaint from [redacted] ( [redacted]) that the work had already been done before she even called me.
