A The system is working fine !there is no emergency to add antifreeze.My contract says Ill be back the first week of October.BThe termination kit was installed properly and inspectedwhat the home owner is asking me to do, is not in the installation manual and may be dangerous and/or may cause damage to the siding.CI am not sure the home owner understands the boiler sizes"IF" he felt he was being scammed he could have fired meas it was MAY and there was no need for heat.D "IF" he hired a plumber it was to install a newly purchasedgenerator which I refused to install for FREE!EI installed the boiler and water heater as I have been doingfor yearsI gas piped his whole house for FREE!Absolutely no problems.AS soon as I refuse to install the generator for freeor make a special trip down there to add antifreezehe files this complaint

In response: 1) He was kept on the job site as the old boiler had already been removed. There was no heat or hot water to the home. I made sure I was onsite as the work progressed.2) The 1st boiler installed was an ALP105. The contract, which I have, was for an ALP150. When questioned on whether it was the correct model, he stated it was a display model he received at a savings. Still concerned, my wife took a picture of this boiler with her IPhone of the model/serial number inside and outside of the unit. We researched it again on the web. Also, have the invoice from ** ** *** showing he purchased an ALPI then called him again stating it was a not a He agreed to change it out. I was onsite when he arrived and unpacked an unopened boxed ALP3) Anti-freeze: He stated he would be back in September to add more anti-freeze. Several text messages from him show thisI called, he texted a message when he would be thereI called that day and stated if he was not showing to let me knowNo response after waiting hours4) Finish cover: He never put it onNot a hazard, just aesthetic. 5) Generator: When we first met, I spoke of plans to install a generatorI would not expect any contractor to install gas lines/generator for free. As of this date, there is no generator at this home6) Gas piping was included in the installation.met, I spoke about getting a generator. I would not expect any contractor to install gas lines/generator for free. Absurd statement. As of this date, there is no generator at the home. 6) The gas piping was included in the installation price

He stated that he needs to hire another plumber to get the system up and running.Again, the system has been running great for the last five (5) months without any problems.The system was installed correctly to the manufacturers specifications and inspected by thelocal inspector.. He even states what he wants is "COSMETIC" His complaint is that I will not go out to add more antifreezeuntil October.that I will not install his generator for FREE so he is fabricatingthe boiler size,  the termination kit  & spending his pension money.
