For the protection of our staff and guests, we were asked by the [redacted] Police Department not to interact with Ms [redacted] We confirmed with [redacted] merchant services that her $non-refundable deposit was returned/credited to her account Her original deposit was made on 2/15/ A credit was processed on 2/22/per phone conversation She is not permitted to enter our facility at any time Per suggestion of the PPD, we forwarded via certified mail a copy of the original receipt and credit processed by Boston Bounce and AX I personally phoned into the Revdex.com regarding the nature of the situation Please see earlier notes regarding complaintPlease contact me directly regarding any future interaction with named individual.Thank you, [redacted] @gmail.com [redacted]

Revdex.com:I am glad [redacted] , the owner at Boston Bounce is listening to the direction of the [redacted] Police department and no longer harrassing my family nor I because the next step would have been a restraining order as she is well aware Unfortunately, I have not seen a refund yet, still hoping to see it soon as she states [redacted] is working with me to have the charge removed I hope they are keeping a close eye on her working so closely with children as her actions and vulgar language were completely inappropriate in the presence of young children I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below Regards, [redacted]

This is a fabricated response to attempt to retract embarrassing, unethical actions and behavior made by Boston Bounce, *** *** and her employees. The police department was contacted after threatening to contact the Revdex.com.org and to review her unethical behavior publicly by myself, she lost control and started screaming to the point where she was not understandable. After the responding officer arrived he advised the owner *** *** to issue the refund. She told him a refund was already done and could not understand my confusion. This was not true. Due to the fact that no mention of a non-refundable deposit was made privy to consumers verbally or written at the time I reserved (months prior to the event date) it was not justly enforceable. Boston Bounce and *** *** has been advised to cease and desist any further harrassment and I still have not seen a refund nor a certified letter with any receipts as the business response states.

Revdex.com,As discussed during our phone conversation on 2/24/16, we are unable to submit more detailed information regarding the above customer complaint. Due to the sensitive nature of case, use of extreme profanity and direct threats made by the customer, we were forced to
immediately contact the *** Police Department. As directed by the PPD, a certified letter was forwarded to her mailing address containing a copy of both the original $deposit made on 2/15/16, along with the return receipt/refund of deposit processed on 2/22/16. Before booking any event, every customer is required to make a NON-refundable but transferrable deposit. The customer was directed by the PPD to not return to premises at any time.
