It has just come to my attention that you have issued a complaint against my company Boston Building Doctors LLC This came as a great surprise since no one has ever registered a complaint against my business in years I am very sad that you are so upset with me and my company since your condo complex is adjacent to my office and I consider you a neighbor Your condo association has also been an important customer of mine for almost years.In regards to your parking space, it is true that we sometimes park in the lot of your condo complex when we are doing work for your building or the alley is obstucted and we cannot get to the spaces which my company rents The alley which we all use is a very complicated place with residential and commercial vehicles, oil trucks, trash trucks, delivery trucks, etc I am very sorry if this accepted practice of working together in the neighborhood to co-exist has done you some harm This was never anyone's intention Neighborhood practice for the last years has always been working together to allow everyone to move around and function This understood practice of course becomes far more complicated with the introduction snow.When it comes to snow, my company has provided snow removal services to your property for almost twenty years We have always worked hard to provide your association good service Over the last month in particular, this job has been almost unbearable My crews have worked tirelessly for up to hours at a time outside in the cold with only shovels to clear snow for customers like yourself seldom receiving even a thank you.Concerning your condo association's property, we have worked directly with your board of trustees to address the issue of overwhelming snow Like everywhere else in the city, there is just no place to put it This situation became even more difficult when city plows created two big piles of snow in your parking lot I have to say that I am extremely upset that you have accused me of maliciously piling snow in your space just to hurt you This is ludicrous All you had to do was ask any of your neighbors to learn the truth before you made such a damming claim.With regards to your most serious accusation that we have vandalized your vehicle, this is completely untrue Why would we do anything like that It makes absolutely no sense I have lived and worked in this neighborhood since coming to NEC to work on my master's in This neighborhood is my home, and the members of this community are my family I would never allow anything to damage the reputation I have built for myself and my business over the last plus years Also, your condo association is a very important customer Why would I allow anything to put that at risk In fact, the entire neighborhood is filled with my customers The survival and well being of my family depends on keeping my neighbors happy To make this accused behavior even more dangerous and incredible is the fact that there are serveral cameras in the alley watching everything One landlord recently went crazy when he saw footage of private heavy equipment moving snow onto his property after a recent storm.I am once again very sorry that you are so upset I wish you would have come to me directly with your concerns Please feel free to contact me on my cell to discuss anything further if you wish I take your accusations very seriously and will respectfully do what ever it takes to protect the reputation of myself and my company I have worked too hard to allow myself to be put in jeopard
