RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.however, I would point out that the State of Maine IT contracting vendor did state the following, "Good morning ***s,I’m glad you wrote as it caused me to go back and research the right to represent forms a bit closer.? I can now see that Software People used the same right to represent you’d previously signed with them for the PMjob posting for the current SrPM job posting which is against policy.? Each right to represent is valid for that specific job posting only and the job posting id# must be provided on the right to represent.? Upon further examination I can see they provided the only JP# which makes their right to represent null and void for the current SrPM contract.? I’ve emailed your resume’ to the manager and urged him to take a look at it as there was a double submittal and he’d not had a chance to view it yet.? ? ? You do not have to communicate anything to Software People for future postings; just do not sign any other right to represents for other agencies and thanks to this experience I will be much more aware of the posting id# submitted with each right to represent for you and all other candidates"? We have not submitted him for any other position in the last month or so after we confirmed that he will not be submittedHe was only submitted once initiallywhen he had provided the right to representClaiming that we submitted his resume multiple times is factually incorrect
