You never showed us fabrication of the trailer and sides , no have never answered my phone calls and take ages to answer my emails. I have been very patient with you and your company and I would like to have funds before Dec 31st 2016. I had trusted you and you have taken my for a ride because I live in BERMUDA. I have not tarnished your business name, you done that on your own accord for not being professional with me. Business owners answer their phone and keep their customers informed at all times. You have taken multiple trips (probably using our money) and I am left with no business trailer for January 2017. How am I supposed to feel? Very custom fabrications require much more time in design, fabrication, etc.. In this instance, customer requested a design with kids sitting outside coloring. Then we agreed to amend to inside coloring/visible outside. The latest design has pre-school age kids entering and leaving from sidewalk...
(formerly only adults from rear). We have adapted the design, set aside wall sections, all at no added cost, and work to offer not just what she wants, but what is safest for the kids. As of this date, Oct 20, in a email from this customer, this unit is requested by years end. I'm sure we'll be able to both amend, and complete this beautifully by then.
