Neighborhood Housing Services (NHS) of Baltimore so there are several parties involved.We would like to respond properly to each of the claims listed but we would also like to acknowledge that there has been difficulty completing the project due to unresolved issues between the customers and our subcontractor. The customers have attempted to change the scope of work provided by NHS in addition to providing limited access to the property for our workers to complete the work,Due to the holiday season, our office has not been able to contact all parties involved to prepare a detailed response to each of the claims made by the customers. We will be better able to respond no later than January 8, 2016.Thank you for your time and consideration. We would like to respond properly to each of the claims listed but we would also like to acknowledge that there has been difficulty completing the project due to unresolved issues between the customers and our subcontractor.
