There was a hic cup last (Labor Day) weekend but PCF took care of itYesterday (9/10) and todaymy paper was delivered by AM like it was beforeI received an automated call from PCF yesterdayand replied in the negativeIt was just too soon to say everything was okayIt’s not a total trend yetbut it is headed in the right directionHopefully I’m not jinxing things. I appreciate your responses and your attempt to fix this situationI will and do tell anyone and everyonethat this issue was not caused by the Boston HeraldThe *** *** caused this problemPCF wantedto payback the ***Customers and the Herald got the shaftYes this is my opinion Oh by the way I sent a similar complaint to the *** through the Revdex.com a few days before I contacted theHeraldI’m still waiting for a response from the *** Again, have a good day folks, thank you and God Bless America!

On 2/10/2016, the customer's account was refunded $ On 2/19/2016, we see that the customer called to restart her home delivery On 2/22/2016, Ms *** was contacted by *** *** from our office Ms *** told *** *** that she was satisfied with the refund and also
confirms that she (Ms ***) voluntarily called to resume her service Boston Herald will monitor the delivery situation as it pertains to Ms ***'s address to insure timely and daily delivery Also, based on our recent contact with Ms ***, we consider the complaint as filed with Revdex.com to be resolved to the customer's satisfaction

The refund check is going in the Mail today 4/ Thank you

Mr***'s concerns are well documented on his subscription account An urgent escalation has been issued to PCF A watch-flag is being established in conjunction with the distributor and we will take the necessary corrective actions Ultimate resolution to Mr***'s
satisfaction may take a few delivery cycles to confirm the problem is solved One (or more) of Boston Herald managers (copied here) will be in touch with Mr*** to monitor and confirm the desired result

I have spoken with Mr*** We discussed his concerns relating to the home delivery service I've extended his subscription for an additional 8-weeks Mr*** has my personal contact information and will contact me directly as he feels necessary Mr*** agrees that
our discussion today and my described corrective actions satisfy the complaint and warrant its closure

HelloWe contacted the complainant, *** ***, immediately upon receiving notice from Revdex.com Mr*** had been receiving spam-type newsletters that appeared to be from the Boston Herald However, the Boston Herald did not send the newsletters, but it does appear that they were sent from one
of the company's third-party servers We are investigating the issue and believe that the third-party server from which these messages were sent was hacked We are taking steps to prevent this from happening again We have asked Mr*** to contact us if he receives any unwanted newsletters or other email messages from the Boston Herald.Thank you***

The customer's account will refunded immediately.  Please allow 5-7 days for the transaction to post to her account.
