Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] The email I received stated "We called the restaurant in question and they decided not to issue a refund." I have since received a refund from my credit card company, but this company has continuously ignored and lied about their actions Therefore, I will not accept any response from them Regards, [redacted]

I did contact the third party, they told me that they reached out to you and you refused to refund, so they would not refund me

party the customer should contact the third party App. its their fault for sending the order to the wrong place. I hope this resolve the issue . Sincerely [redacted]
